The legal agreement governing your use of doublesure.health and our services

Last Updated: 28 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of www.doublesure.health and any enquiry you make through it. DoubleSure is the healthcare growth division of PeopleApps Technologies (a proprietorship firm), C-11, 202, C Block, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1 What this website is

The website describes DoubleSure's healthcare marketing, search and AI-visibility services, and publishes articles, research and guides for doctors, clinics and hospitals. It is for general information and for contacting us. It is not a place to book medical care.

2 Services and engagements

Information about services and prices on the website is a general description, not an offer. A paid engagement begins only when both sides agree a written proposal, quotation or contract. That document sets out the scope, fees, taxes, timelines and payment terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement applies.

Free audits and consultations are offered at our discretion. We may decline or limit them, for example to one audit per practice or city.

3 No guaranteed results

Search rankings, map listings, AI assistant answers, reviews and patient numbers depend on Google, AI providers, competitors and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, mention, traffic, lead or revenue outcome.

Case studies and examples on the site describe what happened for specific clients at a specific time.

⚡ Past results do not promise or guarantee the same outcomes for your practice.

4 Your responsibilities

When you use the site or contact us, you agree to:

  • Give accurate information about yourself and your practice.
  • Not submit any patient's personal or health information through our forms.
  • Not use the site to send spam, malware or unlawful content, or try to break its security.
  • Not copy or scrape the site's content or data in bulk without our written permission.

5 Compliance with medical rules

Doctors and healthcare organisations are responsible for their own compliance with the medical ethics rules that apply to them, including the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, and other applicable laws.

We design our work to follow these rules, but our guidance is not legal advice, and final approval of any content published in a client's name rests with the client.

6 Intellectual property

The website's text, research, graphics, logos and design belong to PeopleApps Technologies or are used with permission. You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our articles with credit and a link to the source page. Any other use needs our written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

7 Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and our partner platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8 Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, DoubleSure and PeopleApps Technologies are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of business, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

For paid services, our liability is as set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

9 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

10 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
